One of the largest buildings, if not the largest, in all of our territory is Bellis Fair Mall. The recent economic pivot has seen great changes to our local mall and to the shops that call it home, but one thing that hasn't changed is need for our services when things go wrong and are beyond the expertise of the maintenance department. The variety of reasons we have been called ranges from a simple toilet issue to a mysterious water damage hidden in an exterior wall to an enormous sprinkler system release that required 24 hour monitoring. When water or fire damage strikes at the mall they know who to call. Through it all we have remained grateful for the opportunity and always ready to help.
