Hotel Crawlspace in Bellingham Washington

The hospitality industry in Belligham Washington is under constant pressure for rooms and availability, so when a water damage happens it is imperative that a speedy recovery occurs.

SERVPRO of Bellingham helped this hotel with a wet crawlspace caused by a failed sump pump. The lower level of the laundry room and East wing rooms had been inundated with ground water from torrential downpours. 

The sump pump had always kept the rising ground water at bay but when the pump failed it was trouble for the lowest part of the building. 

We installed several pumps, extracted water from rooms and began the restoration process.
