Office Storm Damage in Bellingham, WA.

An Ice Dam caused by melting snow that had refroze and melted again caused 3 floors to flood in a commercial building. The ice dam was removed and SERVPRO of Bellingham was called after hours to help get the businesses back to work as fast as possible. The water cascaded down the wall and made the paint "sluff" off the drywall. We were able to save most of the drywall material by injection drying, but some of the gypsum had to be removed. Once the drywall was taken down the drying was able to take place. Our job was to dry the structure and allow the businesses get back to business. Time is money.
